Support NovaSolver

NovaSolver is an independent project publishing 1,600+ browser-based physics simulators and 13,000+ technical pages — free, with no registration. Your support keeps the equations moving for students and engineers around the world.

Why we ask for support

This site is not corporate marketing and does not funnel you into a paid service. Volunteer engineers and AI agents run it with one goal: a vendor-neutral, verifiable reference for physics and engineering simulation. Every simulator's source code is public on GitHub, so anyone can inspect the math.

What we want to protect is the independence to build this site for readers only. Just as Wikipedia is sustained by its readers, we are gradually moving toward an operation that depends less on advertising.

Operating transparency

Where the costs are

ItemDetails
Server (VPS)Serving ~14,000 pages, the page-view API, and automated publishing pipelines (a few thousand yen per month in real costs)
Domain & infrastructureMaintaining novasolver.jp; CDN and fonts use free tiers
Development & verificationThe largest cost: physics validation, article writing, trilingual localization, and bug fixing

Current revenue comes only from Google AdSense and sponsor support. All affiliate advertising was removed in July 2026.

Our policy on ads

We currently run modest ads to cover real operating costs. Whenever reader donations consistently exceed those costs, we intend to scale ads down — and ultimately off. An ad-free, reader-supported reference site is the goal. This page itself carries no ads.

How to support

Donate

Our donation page (CAMPFIRE community) is being prepared. Until it opens, the free ways to help below make a real difference.

Donations go to server costs, new simulator development, and localization. Supporters are acknowledged on this page (opt-in).

Support without money
