定義
フィンにより表面積を拡大し放熱する部品。自然対流/強制対流冷却。
熱解析における役割
熱解析において、ヒートシンクはFourierの法則に基づく温度場の計算に関連する。
$$ \rho c_p \frac{\partial T}{\partial t} = \nabla \cdot (k \nabla T) + Q $$
